One-to-One Mindfulness Workshops in London and Surrey

Do you want to learn to beat stress in a more private environment?

If you would prefer to learn stress management techniques in a more private environment than a standard group workshop, why not consider a one-to-one consultation.

This workshop will be tailor-made to suit your individual requirements. You will learn a variety of tools and techniques including various mindfulness practices and on-going exercises that you can use beyond the workshop.

A space will be created where you can experience deep relaxation in a safe, private environment.

One-to-one workshops are run by Darren Yap. Although he is based in Epsom, he is happy to travel to anywhere in London or Surrey, including Richmond, Guildford, Leatherhead, Wimbledon, Kingston, Reigate and Weybridge.

Six Week Programme

As well as standard on-going workshops, you can also sign up to the Six Week Programme.

The purpose of this programme is to instill a lifelong Mindfulness practice to help you to manage stress and anxiety.

This bespoke programme consists of six 1-hour weekly workshops in which you will learn seated and movement-based Mindfulness techniques as well as a Mindful Motion beginner's form.

You will also get telephone support over the six week period.

Who is Darren Yap?

Darren Yap, the creator of Mindful Motion, has over three decades of experience in Tai Chi and Mindfulness as well as fifteen years' experience of energy psychology therapy (qualified Emotional Freedom Techniques therapist), and so is well suited to help individuals to manage stress and anxiety via the practical application of Mindful Motion and Mindfulness on a one-to-one basis.

He is a passionate wellness expert who promotes total health combining nutrition, physical fitness and mental wellbeing.

Darren has a full, clean, enhanced DBS (formerly CRB) and is permitted to work with children and vulnerable adults.
