In the video below, you can try some relaxing, gentle, flowing movements that bring your focus into the present moment by reconnecting with your body to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
This video features a warm up followed by about 10 minutes of chi kung mindful motion. (The chi kung starts at 6’05”.)
You can do the exercises standing or seated, adjusting them to suit – listen to your body!

If you’re like many people, you probably struggle to fit in daily exercise so here are a few tips before you try this video:
- Two minutes a day! That’s right. Just do two minutes of the video and then get on with your day.
- At a time that suits you! Don’t listen to people who insist you do it first thing in the morning.
- Try any part of the video! It’s all gentle and simple, so either do little bits moving through the video every day or pick a random point in the video and get moving.
