In summary, everything that I’ve taught in live classes and workshops plus much more!
Me and exercise have never been friends. I completely resent effort that doesn’t have meaning (especially as I am having highs and lows with chronic fatigue and don’t feel I can afford to “waste” energy). However… I found out during lockdown that Darren organises mindful movement classes – Qi Gong and Tai Chi, and I’ve started attending them online. Oh my goodness… for the first time in my life I discovered that I love Qi Gong. Darren is such a kind and patient teacher and I love that I’ve been introduced to this mindful practice via him – THANK YOU Darren!

How often can you access this library?
You can use this library as many times as you want throughout the week.
You could, for instance, do a brief wake up chi kung session at the start of the day and finish the day with a 10 minute relaxing chi kung session before bed, as well as doing 30 minutes of movement training every evening.
I have fibromyalgia and have been struggling without a regular physio appointment. This is the first thing I’ve found online that I can follow without being in pain for days!!

Most of the classes and workshops are run by Darren Yap (although guest experts are also invited to run certain sessions). Darren has a wealth of training and experience in tai chi, chi kung, mindfulness, therapy, coaching and mentoring, having started in the 1980s!
