If you spend all day sitting at your desk, you probably suffer from a pretty poor posture – a tight chest, rounded shoulders, limited shoulder flexibility and a sore back.
In this article, I will look at a couple of solutions that will help you to achieve a better posture, make you feel more supple and flexible, and avoid injury when carrying heavy objects or taking part in physical activities such as exercise or sport.
The following video is great if you have have access to a long pole or broomstick. Although some people prefer to use an elastic band, using such a band means you can cheat so you are largely wasting your time.
In the next video, there are some great ideas that you can do if you only have a shorter stick.
